SUNDEE STUDIO ~ JEWELRY, ART, & SPA
At
the entrance of an unassuming shop on an unassuming street in Rifle,
there is evidence of one's physical removal by force. Don't believe it?
Go see for yourself. It's only a few doors down from Big Kid's Bar on
3rd Street. Upon the steps leading to shop's front door you'll find
flakes of shimmering gold, scraped off the wings of a persistent fairy
during a scuffle with the shop owner, Sundee Sydoriak. Anyone who knows
anything at all about the faire folk knows that they are attracted to
shiny baubles and treasures of all sorts and sizes. At Sundee Spa, that
fairy hit the motherlode.
The spa shop is filled to the brim with a variety of beads, sparkling
stones, jewelry making findings, and a wealth of ideas for
do-it-yourselfers and crafty fairies (with human money, not sticky
fingers). There are even vintage beads dating back to the WWII era.

While the shop is a culmination of years of interest in all things
creative, Sundee is quick to give credit to her good friend, David, who
helped her realize the dream. She says David listened to the passion she
has for bringing creative opportunities to others by offering them the
means of finding one's own inner muse, and he decided to financially
back that spirited commitment.
Step over the golden fairy wing glitz, and walk into the riotous colors
of handmade necklaces, bracelets, loose pearls in all sizes and hues,
brightly dyed feathers of all sorts, and so many other beautiful bits.
If you are into the zen of fly fishing, there are many different full
saddle options to tie fly lures to your heart's content.
If you prefer to enhance your own personal zen, you can purchase Foxy
Feathers in all sorts, sizes, and colors, and all the tools and links
you need to design your own feather hair extensions. Or you can leave
the designing to the professional, and find a gorgeous one all ready to
go.

Looking for a unique piece of art for your mantle or as a gift? Sundee
Studio has paintings by Patti Brown. Along with the kaleidoscope of

ABOUT THE OWNER:
Sundee Sydoriak is a
Florida native who has rescued many a skier and golfer from certain pain
with massage therapy in resorts located in Vail, Cherry Creek, and
Highlands Ranch. Rifle, Colorado is fortunate to have this experienced
masseuse who is certified in shiatsu, deep tissue, structure
realignment, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, and pregnancy massage.
When
asked to describe the general theme of the shop, Sundee quickly
replied, "I'm building an army of artists!" She would like to see people
become empowered by their own creative abilities.
